Alyssa came to RCS
in 2001 as a temporary employee, where her outstanding qualities were
quickly recognized. Soon, she accepted a permanent position to support
the Client Services team. After four months in that position, she was
promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant and now serves as the Director of Office Operations.
Her job responsibilities include the following: assistant to the President/CEO,
supporting the leadership team, assisting the captive insurance groups, providing
analysis for the captive insurance groups, and many adhoc projects.
