Andy joined RCS in 2001 and brought with him experience as a Safety Consultant, who conducted OSHA worksite evaluations and employee training seminars. As a RCS Loss Control and Safety Consultant, he has gained experience in:

• Safety and Loss Control consulting and training
• Compliance evaluations
• Workers Compensation coding
• Insurance program underwriting processes
• Conducting loss analysis for various workers compensation insurance programs
• Presenting online training sessions
  

Andy has attained the professional designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). He is currently focusing on his CPCU designation.
