Carlyne brings to RCS a solid background in Human Resources and Office Management from her previous professional experience. As the Director of Office Administration since 2000, her day is organized by her responsibilities as Controller and the day to day management of RCS' Human Resource Department. An entrepreneur at heart and our controller by profession, she and her husband have owned and operated several businesses in the Houston area during their 40 years of marriage.

Prior to joining RCS, Carlyne expanded her management and human resource experience at Southwestern Bell Wireless and at Enron in the Executive Compensation division.
