Dusty McGinty has been with RCS since July of 2008 as a member of the sales and marketing team.  He graduated from Baylor University in 1998 earning his BBA.  Since then, Dusty has excelled in marketing, sales, customer service, and relationship management.

Dusty’s years of experience within the insurance industry coupled with expertise in consultative/business to business sales, allows him to effectively communicate and translate operational thoughts and processes from a risk management perspective into profit-building strategies for businesses.

Before joining RCS, Dusty spent seven years working in the insurance and financial services wholesale brokerage industry. Dusty’s communication skills, advertising, marketing, sales and overall business development experience are valuable assets that Dusty brought with him to RCS.
