Gene comes to RCS with over 20 years experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for Morton International and Reichhold Chemicals, Inc., two of the world's largest chemical companies. In his capacity as HSE Manager, he has developed numerous detailed programs for compliance and employee safety, ranging from OSHA's Process Safety to Plant Security and Department of Transportation Requirements. Gene has conducted a diverse number of safety inspections, from "fence to fence" to more focused, such as confined space entry.

As Founder and President of The San Gabriel Valley CAER Group (Community Awareness and Emergency Response), Gene was instrumental in developing a close-knit relationship between industry, compliance, and emergency response officials encompassing 26 communities in the San Gabriel Valley area of Southern California.

As an RCS Safety and Loss Control Consultant, Gene conducts:

• Compliance audits and evaluations
• Onsite evaluations for insurance programs
• Training workshops over a wide range of subject matters
