Mark has an extensive background in safety and loss control practices. As an RCS Senior Consultant, he divides his time between his consulting responsibilities and the responsibilities for the coordination and administration for RCS client onsite evaluations. Scheduling, quality control, and providing feedback to the clients on Loss Control and Loss Prevention programs, embark on the scope of his responsibilities.

With over 10 years experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental Inspector in Chemical Waste Management, Mark has developed detailed safety procedures, training programs and has conducted safety inspections to ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Lamar University, and is a Certified Field Safety Representative (FSR) for the state of Arkansas. He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
