Joining RCS in 2000, Richard brought a clear understanding of the staffing industry. He was recruited to join RCS as a principal in our Business Development group, while working for a national staffing firm. His unique understanding of the industry allows him to assess the risk control needs of RCS prospective clients and quickly define a program that fits its budget and satisfies its risk management requirements. Armed with a BBA in Finance from formerly Southwest Texas State University, currently Texas State University.
